Overview of ProgramL

It is tempting to say that “they” are responsible – meaning management, but in reality each of us is personally accountable in our own area of responsibility. As employees and managers, we are all expected to do our jobs while acting with the highest integrity and within the boundaries of the law and the company policy.

Learning objectives include:

Review and reinforce the Company ethics policy.

Increase understanding of ethics and compliance responsibilities, tools and resources.

Build skills in ethical decision-making.

Gain insight in our conduct and culture, focusing on ways to improve.

Understand how harassment and workplace safety relate to company values.

 

When we talk about doing the right thing – we must talk about accountability. Participants will understand that we are all accountable and have a personal stake in doing the right thing.

Onsite Training

The class structure includes questions that assess learning, skill-building activities, case scenarios that touch on how to handle gifts, remembering values of respect and teamwork, email, drugs and alcohol at work, gambling, safety, reporting and why this is important to all of us.

Included with the presentation are a copy of the company policy, acknowledgment form for the employer’s file and a certificate of attendance for participants. All classes are presented in two to three hour workshops (depending on participant needs). We bring all required equipment and handouts.

Our trainers are Subject Matter Experts under California law. Available in English and Spanish.
