This is a custom one-on-one coaching program for managers and supervisors who have made a choice to move to the next level. Using Self Assessments (52), participants will look at themselves in ways to better understand how to maximize strengths and find their own talent for top performance, both with themselves and their subordinates.
There are 6 three hour workshops designed to assess participants knowledge, beliefs, feelings and actions in regard to a wide range of personal skills, abilities and interests. By the end of the program managers and supervisors will have a much stronger and clearer understanding of themselves, working with others and how they fit into the organization.
