The scope of this consulting agreement is to provide Human Resources consulting on demand for your location in California.  You are requesting contingent Human Resources capabilities to maintain and enhance current HR practices as well as contain cost, reduce legal exposure, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, and minimize employee relations problems.  All services will be provided by HR Coach LLC as an independent consulting service in the area of Human Resources consulting.


HR Coach LLC shall not disclose or appropriate to its own use, or to the use of any third party, at any time during or subsequent to the term of this Agreement, any secret or confidential information of Client, whether or not developed by HR Coach LLC, including, but not limited to, information pertaining to customer lists, services, methods processes, prices, profits, contract terms or operating procedures, except as required in connection with the performance of this agreement, or as required by law.

HR Coach LLC and Client agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless, including officers, directors, agents, successors, and affiliates from and against any and all direct or indirect losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses, which may be sustained, incurred, paid or laid out in connection with the services to be performed pursuant to this agreement.

HR Coach LLC is not a law firm and as such does not provide legal advice, rather we provide best business practices in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If Client requires specific legal assistance, we will advise you to consult with an attorney experienced in the pertinent issues.


To set up your HR Consultant On Demand, you can choose to pay $100 monthly or $1,200 annually.  Project work will be billed at $150 per hour with an estimate provided to you up front.

We know that each situation (and company) is unique.  We also recognize that you may need to talk to an HR consultant from time to time.  That is why we have set up our HR Consultant On Demand so that you can email or call when you need to.  We will always attempt to answer the phone or reply immediately to a text or email, however, if we are with other customers, or sleeping, that may not happen.  Let us know it is an emergency and we will get back to you as soon as possible, otherwise within 24 hours.
